1/14/10

ok this day was just a royale fucked up mess. i dontknow how many cals i ate exactly cause i did share some of my food with my lil cousin. i babysat my 3 month old and my 3 yr old cousin today the 3 yr old likes to share her food.

heres what i had today

* lucky charms dry- shared with my cousin
* singe serve bag of sun chips french onion flavor(ate those for lunch myself)- 180 cals
* small bowl of ice cream- shared with my cousin
* brownie- shared with my cousin as well
* bagel white(ate myself)- 260 cals
* some dry frosted flakes-100 cals
* i might have 1 or 2 marshamellow peeps cause they are taunting me

i also drank 6 bottles of water and i have 3 full ones sitting by me right now that ima try and drink tonite. and i also had 1 bottle of diet peach tea. even though i drank all that i still feel very dehryated it sucks ugh.

well i gotta drink my water and do crunches

i dont know my exact exercise count i did walk 7,630 steps just from my 5 hours at work burnt 194 cals. im sure playing with both my cousins burned a good amount of cals

1/13/10

so i actually had off of work today which is miracle cause i usually go 2-3 weeks with out a day off and my day off is never during the week. so i cleaned today i reorganized my closet, did 3 loads of laundry, organized my books and a few other things. im not sure how many cals i acutally burned though. but i did do crunches already but im def gonna do more later. i also have to paint my nails either today or tomm cause they polish and all chipped and u can c my ugly purple nails

breakfast
* 3/4 cup of dry bran flakes- 90 cals

snack
* 1 rice cake w/ tabasco flavored mustard- 35 cals
* apple- 30 cals

lunch
* low sugar maple and bron sugar oatmeal- 120 cals

snack
* apple- 30 cals

dinner
*italian chicken- 100 cals
* baked potato- 110 cals

snack
*popcorn- 150 cals

drinks
* 4 bottles of water( i will have more trust me)- 0 cals
* mini diet coke- 0 cals

total cals consumed- 665

yeah i know im over again in cals but i was just home all day and i tend to eat more when im home all day i least i was hundreds of cals over so thats a good thing. o and i lost a pound this morning. yesterday i was 106.2 this morning i was 105.2 yay go me lol

well i gotta do more crunches and relax im starting to get really tired

i know its not as good as a workout as yesterday but i had to work til 3 andd by the time i got to the gym by head was poudningand it was so crowded i couldnt handle it. see i hate being around alot of ppl i have panic attacks i usually go to the gym in the morning and then work nites but i had to work the morning shift today so i had to go after.

well im off to do lots of crunches to make up for the extra cals

gotta get this weight loss started ive gained weight to try and get my boyfriend off my back im now 106.2 lbs which is just disguisting and gross eww ive been trying to get back down but i cant seem to break this plateu i will though i have to ugh

my bday is on monday and i wanted to b smaller by then but its not working out so well ugh i better at least lose a lil something b4 then

so i dont know exactly how many cals i had today cause i was babysitting my 3 yr old and 3 month old cousing and the 3 yr old loves to share her food with me so i just ate what she shared and nuttin else
this is what we shared:

* york peppermint patty
* popcorn( had some at work)

i guess sharing that all istn reallly that many cals. im ecxhausted im need sleep

so im trying to eat as lil as possible and get most of my cals thru liquids and fluids
heres what i had today

* 2 servings tomato soup- 220 cals
* 3 bottles of water- 0 cals
* cup of hot choc- 25 cals
* cup of blueberry tea- 0 cals

total cals consumed- 315

i didnt get to go the gym today cause i endedup working a 7 hour shift instead of the 3hour one i was scheduled for.
i did take 6,962 steps today though so that burned 175 cals and im going to do crunches soon. ish ould prob drink more water as well.

tomm i get to babysit my 3 year old cousin and my 3 month old cousin im so excited i cant wait i love them both so much and i cant wait to spend time with them :)
