* 35 mins elly- 271 cals burned
* 65 mins bike- 418 cals burned
* 9,015 steps taken- 234 cals burned

total cals burned- 923

stay strong everyone im off to watchh secret life of the american teenager and make it or break it and do tons of crunches :)
