so im trying to eat as lil as possible and get most of my cals thru liquids and fluids
heres what i had today
* choc chips-70 cals
* 2 servings tomato soup- 220 cals
* 3 bottles of water- 0 cals
* cup of hot choc- 25 cals
* cup of blueberry tea- 0 cals
total cals consumed- 315
i didnt get to go the gym today cause i endedup working a 7 hour shift instead of the 3hour one i was scheduled for.
i did take 6,962 steps today though so that burned 175 cals and im going to do crunches soon. ish ould prob drink more water as well.
tomm i get to babysit my 3 year old cousin and my 3 month old cousin im so excited i cant wait i love them both so much and i cant wait to spend time with them :)
